Since 1960, ROI Marketing,

(then, the James F. Prushankin Company) has been providing quality products to its customers in the wholesale channel. The company became a Pennsylvania Subchapter S Corporation in 1971, with Jim Prushankin as its President. In 1997, John Slavinski acquired the agency, changing the name to ROI Marketing. After 10 successful years growing ROI into a notable manufacturers’ representative agency in the Mid-Atlantic market, John turned the agency over to the current President, Steve Kidwell. In 2008, Steve opened a regional office in Baltimore, and established the ROI Parts Depot. The ROI Parts Depot was founded to better serve our customers with State, AOS, and Amercian Water Heater parts; Slant/Fin boiler parts; Laing Pumps; and, Danfoss heating controls. ROI Marketing strives to provide unsurpassed sales, customer service and support for our manufacturers and all our customers in the wholesale channel. Our territory stretches from Virginia to Southern New Jersey for most of our manufacturers’ products.

 

ROI is comprised of a fully trained, equipped, and highly motivated inside sales/sales support and administrative staff, outside sales force, and an experienced management team. ROI employees take pride in the knowledge that each member is a critical part of the company’s mission. Product knowledge, real-time solutions, on-site support, and same or next day shipping of essential repair parts are everyday functions of company personnel. The products provided by ROI and the manufacturers we represent are but one of the company’s offerings. The relationships built through ongoing trust and service complete the package and make for a full service agency, capable of meeting the demands of today’s marketplace.
